Free worldwide shipping.

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 days depending on destination and carrier.

A tracking number is provided for every order once it has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in the destination country are handled according to the applicable local rules.

Products are standard, non-personalized items.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise that right within the applicable legal period. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs where legally permitted and where this information was provided before purchase.

Returned items must be in the condition required by applicable law. Refunds are processed after the return is received and checked.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory legal guarantees.

If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate next step.

If an order is delayed beyond the stated estimate, contact us and we will check its tracking status.
